Suzanne Culley, MIACP
Suzanne is a fully accredited Psychotherapist with the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and holds a BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Middlesex University.
She is an integrative, trauma-informed therapist who combines evidence-based approaches, including Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy®️.
Recognising that trauma is held not only in the mind but also within the body and nervous system, Suzanne supports clients to develop greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and lasting change.
Suzanne has over three years’ experience working as a psychotherapist and key worker within an addiction and family support service in South Dublin, alongside several years volunteering with Women’s Aid. She has extensive experience supporting adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD and complex trauma (C-PTSD), addiction, relationship difficulties, domestic abuse, grief and loss, low self-worth, and life transitions.
Alongside her psychotherapy training, Suzanne brings a diverse professional background, including experience in rehabilitation, movement, and the corporate sector. As an experienced Pilates rehabilitation instructor, meditation teacher, and Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator, she has developed a deep appreciation of the connection between the body, nervous system, and emotional wellbeing. This informs her integrative approach, helping clients understand how both mind and body play a role in healing.
Suzanne is committed to creating a warm, compassionate, and inclusive therapeutic space where clients feel safe, heard, and respected. She welcomes people from all backgrounds and is proud to work with LGBTQIA+ clients.
Her aim is to help people move beyond surviving, reconnect with themselves, and build a life with greater resilience, self-compassion, and meaning.
