Finding a sense of ease in who we are — especially in a world that doesn’t always understand us — is something many of us struggle with. Therapy offers a space to explore this honestly. It’s a place to make sense of your inner world, understand your reality as it is, and discover new ways of coping, growing, and moving forward.
I believe deeply in the power of being heard without judgement. When you can sit with someone who is emotionally safe, present, and genuinely interested in your experience, it can be both liberating and transformative. This kind of connection creates room for insight, healing, and meaningful change.
As a therapist, my aim is to offer exactly that. I work from a foundation of warmth, empathy, and intuition, drawing on both my life experience and a range of therapeutic approaches, including Person‑Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Self‑Compassion practices. Together, we will work to:
• explore the issues that are affecting you
• process the emotions that come with them
• widen and reframe your perspective
• recognise what can be changed and what must be accepted
• cultivate self‑compassion and a more grounded sense of self
I work with adults (18+) and support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, low self‑esteem, people-pleasing, perfectionism, neurodivergence (autism, ADHD and high-sensitivity), family and relationship challenges, narcissistic abuse, alcohol‑related issues and co‑dependence, grief and loss, loneliness, and personal development.
“Life is not what it’s supposed to be. It’s what it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.” – Virginia Satir
