Hannah Fegan
Hannah Fegan is an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist who provides a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for adults to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
She understands that seeking support takes courage, and she aims to make therapy a place where clients feel safe, heard, and supported as they take this step toward change. She holds a Master’s in Counselling & Psychotherapy (Integrative Modalities) from the Irish College of Humanities and Applied Sciences (ICHAS) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychological Studies from the University of Galway. She is working toward accreditation with the Association for Professional Counselling & Psychotherapy in Ireland (APCP).
Hannah works with adults experiencing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, depression, relationship difficulties, work-related pressures and life transitions. She believes that healing begins when feelings are acknowledged and understood, and that everyone deserves a space where their experiences are honoured and respected.
As an integrative therapist, Hannah draws on person-centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic approaches, tailoring her support to each client’s individual needs.
Hannah works collaboratively with clients, helping them navigate challenges, develop resilience, and discover clarity and hope. Whether someone is seeking short-term support or ongoing personal growth, Hannah provides guidance with empathy, encouragement, and understanding, walking alongside clients at their own pace.
