Audrey Curran

Counsellor / Psychotherapist (Adults, Children / Adolescents from age 10 upwards)

I am a fully accredited psychotherapist and a member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). I work as a therapist work with both adults and adolescents, supporting individuals who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, thoughts of suicide, relationship difficulties, or addiction. I focus on creating a compassionate and safe space where clients can discuss difficult experiences and feel supported. Counselling is not always about crisis situations; sometimes it is simply about people seeking support, guidance, and direction in their lives.

I provide counselling to vulnerable individuals, using a blend of Person-Centred Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to focus on active listening, building trust, and providing practical tools. This helps clients regain confidence, dignity, and a sense of empowerment in their lives. I prioritise being non-judgemental and offer patience, compassion, and empathy to help clients feel heard and supported.

At the heart of my work is building a trusting, compassionate relationship where you feel heard, respected, and encouraged to make positive changes. My goal is to walk alongside you, helping you find clarity, strength, and new ways forward.
