Michelle holds a BSc Honours Degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from Middlesex University London. Prior to this Michelle completed an honours degree in Psychology with Trinity College Dublin where she was awarded the Una Burke memorial prize in developmental psychology for her thesis which focused on autism. Michelle’s dissertation from Middlesex also focused on neurodivergence which demonstrates her passion for working in this area. Michelle also worked in several hospitals and more recently for a mental health charity cumulating in over 15 years of experience in the mental health sector.

Michelle draws on a variety of approaches and has supported clients with challenges associated with anxiety, panic attacks, depression, grief and loss, family issues, and neurodivergence. Michelle believes in providing an authentic therapeutic relationship where clients will feel safe, supported and empowered.
