Suzanne Culley, MIACP
Suzanne is a fully accredited member of the IACP with a BSc in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Middlesex University.
An integrative psychotherapist and breath-work facilitator, she blends evidence-based approaches such as Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) with body-oriented trauma work through Sensorimotor Psychotherapy to create personalised, holistic support for each client.
With three years of experience as a psychotherapist and key worker in an addiction and family support service in South Dublin, and several years volunteering with Women’s Aid, Suzanne brings compassion and insight to her work.
Her background also includes over 25 years in rehabilitation, pain management, and energy healing techniques in physiotherapy settings, giving her a unique, trauma-informed, mind–body perspective.
Her therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental, offering a safe space where clients can explore challenges, heal from trauma, and reconnect with their inner strengths.
She specialises in supporting those navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD/C-PTSD, trauma recovery, addiction, and the lasting impacts of domestic violence. At the heart of Suzanne’s practice is a belief in treating the whole person mind, body, and spirit while walking alongside her clients on their journey toward healing and growth.
